As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll join a supportive global team and act as the go-to expert for LATAM regional hiring matters, partnering closely with local leaders to support the business growth strategically.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process
- including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, with a strong focus on sales positions.
- Sourcing & Networking: Build talent pools, leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top candidates.

Experience:
Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process and promote our employer brand.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.

- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition in FOREX or financial services industry.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
