Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor several agile teams focused on Frontline Pick, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational strategy.
- Drive execution of the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering and stakeholders.
- Foster a high‑performance culture emphasizing quality, innovation and operational excellence.
- Oversee team capacity planning, resource allocation and hiring to support growth and delivery.
- Promote best practices for software development and integration within logistics and warehouse contexts.
- Facilitate cross‑team and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Build strong relationships with external customers and partners to understand operational needs and ensure successful deployments.
- Champion a culture of open communication, psychological safety and accountability.

Requirements

- A university or college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within software development or logistics technology.
- Experience leading and growing managers.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management, ideally with exposure to warehouse or supply chain solutions.
- Proven track record of leading multiple teams or a larger development organization.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehouse operations and picking systems.
- Experience in strategic planning, team building and performance management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as German are a plus.
