We are looking for a Transformation Data & AI Analyst to support a wide range of initiatives across organisational transformation, digital change, data management, AI and the IT ecosystem.

- The use of data and AI as drivers of change, not just enablers;
- The alignment between business priorities and technology delivery;
- The development of data governance and data quality practices;
- The evolution of systems, processes and analytical capabilities;
- The identification and structuring of AI use cases with real impact;
- The production of insights that inform critical and strategic decisions. What you bring
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Management);
- Around 2+ years of professional experience in related roles;
- Exposure to data environments, analytics or transformation projects;
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. BCBS 239) is a plus;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect technical and business perspectives;
- A mindset that combines curiosity, critical thinking and delivery focus. Why Join If you are looking for a role where analytical depth meets real organizational impact, we would be pleased to hear from you.
