What you'll do
Close deals with clients by managing the full sales cycle and converting leads into active accounts. Secure drivers/carriers by phone to match capacity with customer shipments and ensure on-time execution. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, customer service) to deliver seamless end-to-end service. Conduct market and logistics research to identify opportunities, monitor pricing trends, and support strategic decision-making. Work in the US time-zone (13.00-23.00 in Lisbon time) Who you are:
- Fluent in English (at least C1 or more)
- Has at least 1 year of experience in ocean freight operations
- Experience in an international company would be a plus
- Self-confident, team player, committed and results-driven
