- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Partner with business units to support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to simplify complex data for decision-making
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, scenario planning, and business cases to guide growth and investments What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or environmental services
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) – mandatory for this role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex financial data into clear insights
- Soft
