We are currently looking for a new member -an Administrative Assistant for our Lisbon Offices.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting tasks related to tax validation and posting of supplier invoices, control and validation of certain administrative processes, account reconciliations, posting and monitoring of accruals and deferrals, month-end closing activities and trial balance analysis.
- Support in invoice reconciliation and payment control;
- Contact with suppliers to clarify invoice-related matters;
- General supportfor day-to-day administrative tasks;
- Updating data in internal systems and Excel.
Required Skills
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant
- B2 English level mandatory, we also look for German A2 or higher
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Flexibility and attention to details are valued traits
- Proactive and reliable person
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
