Descrição

- Realizar pesquisas detalhadas sobre empresas, setores de atividade e funções executivas.

- Apoiar na identificação de candidatos qualificados para posições de liderança e cargos estratégicos.

- Elaborar relatórios e realizar mapeamentos de mercado com rigor analítico.

- Auxiliar na triagem de currículos e perfis profissionais, assegurando a aderência aos requisitos definidos.

- Participar em entrevistas com candidatos, sob orientação e supervisão dos consultores.

- Avaliar a adequação dos perfis e redigir relatórios de análise, em conformidade com os critérios estabelecidos.

- Garantir a atualização contínua da base de dados com informações relevantes e precisas.

- Organizar e agendar reuniões e entrevistas, prestando apoio à logística dos processos de recrutamento.

- Interagir com clientes e candidatos de forma profissional, promovendo uma comunicação clara e eficaz.

- Acompanhar candidatos e clientes, assegurando a permanente atualização da equipa de consultoria.

Perfil ideal

- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Sociologia ou áreas relevantes.

- Elevada capacidade analítica e de pesquisa.

- Excelentes competências de comunicação verbal e escrita.

- Forte sentido de organização e atenção ao detalhe.

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e de forma colaborativa.

- Domínio das soluções Microsoft Office 365.
