Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver tailored Dynamics 365 solutions (CE/CRM) that address business needs and optimize client operations.

- Produce clear and comprehensive functional specifications.

- Analyze and map business processes.

- Turn requirements into efficient solutions.

- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, etc.).

- Work closely with the development team to ensure high‑quality implementations.

- Support solution testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.

- Prepare test plans, user guides and training materials.

- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Passion for creating innovative solutions.

- Strong knowledge of multiple modules within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

- Hands‑on experience customizing Dynamics 365 (attributes, views, forms).

- Proven experience in complex projects, including integrations and the combined use of the Power Platform.

- Ability to lead functional initiatives and engage with business stakeholders independently.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (advanced level).

- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) are a plus.

- Passionate about designing innovative solutions that drive business transformation.
