About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience provider for a French & English Customer Support Specialist based on-site in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries via digital platforms while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and suggest additional value-added services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service in French and English across multiple communication channels.
- Assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints with strong conflict-resolution skills.
- Identify customer needs and business opportunities to suggest complementary services.
- Maintain high quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction standards. Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English.
- Work Model &
Location:
Readiness to work On-site in Porto, Portugal.
- Schedule: Standard full-time hours, Monday to Friday (between 08:00 and 19:00) with Fixed Weekends Off.

Experience:
1+ years of contact center or customer support experience is preferred.

Skills:
Strong digital literacy, sales orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Fixed monthly salary paid over 14 months.
- Work-Life Balance: Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
- Relocation Support: Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside Portugal (flight tickets not included).
