Responsibilities

The TeamViewer Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform finds and resolves IT issues before they affect users. Over the past several years, we have successfully built and released products that make IT administrators' day-to-day lives easier. Our vision is to become THE unified endpoint management solution for our customers.

We’relooking for a SeniorQAEngineer to play a key role inensuring high qualityinour DEX platform via consistent & reliable automated testing, with high coverage of our core functionalities.

As part of an Agile team,you will be an individual contributor working on the automated testing of our DEX platform (both server and agent), using tools like Playwright,SpecFlowand other testing frameworks. The systems under test are the Platform Server (web application hosted on Azure Kubernetes for SaaS, and on IIS for on-prem) and Agent running as a backgroundservice on the endpoints (on Windows,Macand Linux devices).Your dutieswillinclude manual testing, automated functional testing, test data management, maintenance of CI/CD pipelines in ADO and status reporting to senior management.

- Enhance the automated testing of DEX features across various platforms, including web, Windows, Mac and Linux
- Contribute to the development of our Automation and Scripting solution
- Integrate automated tests andmaintainthe CI/CDpipeline
- Conduct and enhance system tests, usability tests, regression tests, compatibility tests, and exploration tests with automation
- Collaborate with the development team to shape features for maximum testability, enabling robust functional and automated testing.
- Own the test planning,(automated)testdevelopment,testexecution andtest runreporting
- Write,reviewand execute test plans throughout the development life cycle
- Support, develop and improve(automated)testing strategies and techniques
- Collaborate or leadtest automationprojects andinitiatives
- Findbugs, isolate, document,troubleshoot, and trackyour findings
- Ensure test plans thoroughly cover all requirements andcustomeruse cases
- Communicate and report test execution resultsto the product teamand leadership team
- Mentor and guide automation engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

- A university degree in Computer Scienceor Engineering, Information Technology,or any other related subject
- 4+years of experience in automatedtestingandquality assurance
- Knowledge of professionaltesting practices within theSDLC
- Proven skills and working history in the design and implementation of automated tests
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and team managers
- Experience in working with common software testing tools (Playwright,SpecFlow, Cypress,Ranorex, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for learning and working with innovative technologies
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman, and familiarity with JSON and XML
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in working with VMs on Hypervisor, ADO build pipelines, and Azure environments
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Experience in performance testing (and related tools, such as load simulation with JMeter, K6,LoadRunneretc) is a plus
- Experience in debuggingand root-cause analysis is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-basedtools like Co-pilotfor Test generationis a plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory
