PMO – Cyber Costs & Action Plans

Estamos à procura de um perfil de PMO para integrar uma equipa global dedicada à monitorização e gestão de custos e programas de cibersegurança.

O objetivo é garantir que todas as entidades da organização têm os meios necessários para atingir os seus objetivos de cibersegurança.

Principais responsabilidades:

- Monitorizar e acompanhar os custos de cibersegurança, com recolha mensal de dados e produção de relatórios detalhados;

- Organizar a planificação da recolha de custos, controlando a consistência e qualidade da informação fornecida pelas diferentes entidades;

- Produzir e partilhar relatórios em PowerBI, consolidados e por tópicos de cibersegurança, ajustados aos diferentes níveis da organização;

- Identificar desvios ou inconsistências nos custos e antecipar impactos, alertando os stakeholders quando necessário;

- Acompanhar planos de ação específicos de cibersegurança, produzindo relatórios de progresso e assegurando a sua correta implementação.

Requisitos essenciais:

- Experiência mínima de 5 anos em monitorização de custos ou gestão de programas;

- Rigor, autonomia e capacidade de análise e síntese;

- Proatividade e sentido de iniciativa;

- Domínioavançado de PowerBI;

- Capacidade de coordenar, motivar e comunicar com diferentes stakeholders;

- Pensamento crítico, sistemático e lógico;

- Inglês avançado.
