Working Hours
Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, following the Danish schedule Weekends off Looking for a work-from-home opportunity where you can use your Danish and English language skills? We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join a multilingual support team serving customers in an international environment. Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Danish and English.
- Answer questions and provide guidance on customer service matters.
- Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience. What We're Looking For
- Native-level or fluent Danish.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Must already be living in Portugal.
- A proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Benefits
