If you have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or similar; Fluent in English and Portuguese; Dynamic, proactive, and a team player; Decision-making skills and willingness to take risks; Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
