Role Overview
We are looking for an Application Support Analyst (French Speaker) to join one of our international projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality application support services, managing incidents and requests, and acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams. You will contribute to service excellence, continuous improvement initiatives, and the smooth operation of critical data-related applications.
What you will do:
- Provide application support and manage requests received through different communication channels, ensuring compliance with quality, security, and confidentiality standards;
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents, anomalies, and operational issues while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation;
- Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring user satisfaction and proactively identifying potential areas of concern;
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements;
- Contribute to process optimisation, knowledge sharing, and the continuous improvement of operational procedures and support practices. What you are like:
- Proficient in application support, incident management, and customer service within IT environments;
- Strong knowledge of Data-related business processes and concepts;
- Experienced working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- Fluent in French (C1 level or equivalent) with good written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable communicating in English (B2 level);
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities;
- Proactive, autonomous, pragmatic, and team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
- Comfortable working with business users and translating business requirements into IT solutions;
- Familiar with banking or insurance environments (considered a plus);
- Proficient in the use of IT and business management tools;
- Available to travel within Portugal and internationally when required. Why join us:
