We're looking for a Market Risk Operations Analyst to join our team, based in Porto.

This role offers the opportunity to work close to market risk activities, with a strong focus on data quality, monitoring, and operational support. You'll contribute to ensuring reliable risk information, improving processes, and supporting decision-making through meaningful metrics and analysis, while interacting with multiple stakeholders across Risk and Business teams.

What you'll do:

- Monitor and analyze data quality metrics supporting market risk activities.
- Produce and maintain KPIs related to the quality and timeliness of risk data.
- Investigate data issues and coordinate with relevant teams to support resolution.
- Contribute to daily operational processes related to market risk reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and enhancing existing processes.
- Prepare and contribute to materials used in internal governance and committee discussions.
- Collaborate closely with risk analysts, system users, and other internal stakeholders.
- Participate actively in team deliveries, within an Agile working environment.
- Support onboarding and knowledge sharing with new users when needed.

️ Technical skills you'll bring:

- Solid knowledge of SQL.
- Strong command of MS Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Interest or exposure to financial markets and products (e.g. equities, bonds, derivatives).
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working is appreciated.
- Ability to work with data quality, controls, and operational reporting.
