Vielfältige Aufgaben You are part of a software engineering team that builds and operates BAPC, our internal business platform for monetization, including services for billing, accounting, payment, and collection. You design, build, and operate cloud-native services on Azure Kubernetes Service, Mongo DB Atlas, and other Azure services, increasingly supported by AI-coding agents. We use Go/Golang (preferred in this team), C#/. NET, Kotlin, and additional technologies in a complex, grown system landscape. You contribute to a high-quality engineering culture by creating clean, well-tested code (unit and integration tests), applying Domain-Driven Design and resilience patterns, and maintaining production workloads responsibly. You shape and maintain our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines with a Dev Ops mindset, using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and Kubernetes containerization to keep delivery and operations efficient and reliable. You work closely with architects, business analysts, and process experts to clarify architecture and business requirements and support the customer journey. Überzeugendes Profil
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience:
3+ years of professional software development experience using Go/Golang, C#/. NET, Kotlin, Java, or similar languages in a cloud environment (Azure preferred) Agile practices: Comfortable working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), with a continuous-improvement mindset, shared ownership, and pragmatic problem-solving Collaboration & communication: able to articulate and document technical decisions clearly, and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders Maintenance & operations: Willingness to share on-call responsibility and actively contribute to stable, observable, and secure production systems Nice to have: Experience with AI-based tools for agentic coding Experience with processes around B2 C CRM and billing or payment Experience in a regulated environment or in the energy sector Kubernetes know-how: K8s concepts, Helm charts, operators Proficiency in g RPC, Protobuf, REST Language
