About The Role
As a Senior Product Manager you will lead day‑to‑day product development across mobile and web, combining strategic vision with execution to deliver high‑impact, AI‑powered features. You will work closely with design, engineering and leadership to shape user‑centric experiences at the intersection of sports, real‑time engagement and intelligent automation.
This is a foundational role in a profitable, product‑led startup with significant ownership and direct influence on both product and company growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Full product lifecycle management: from ideation and prototyping to development, release and iteration.
- Collaboration with development and design teams to deliver high‑quality user experiences.
- Stakeholder management: gather feedback, manage expectations and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Product strategy and roadmap ownership: define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it supports business goals and user needs.
- Requirement gathering and discovery: run user interviews, surveys and competitor research; map problems, validate ideas, write clear hypotheses and define success metrics.
- Agile process leadership: manage the product backlog, lead sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensure timely delivery in a Scrum environment.
- Documentation and training: maintain clear product documentation and support onboarding for internal and external stakeholders.
Your Attitude & Background
We’re seeking someone who is comfortable owning the full product development cycle and thrives in an agile, fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, passionate about digital product building and bring strong communication and analytical skills to the table. They should be comfortable in ambiguity, AI‑driven, inquisitive by nature and motivated by results.
- Preferably based in Porto, Portugal.
- Product management experience and a proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end digital products.
- Self‑driven, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams (engineering, design, business).
- Deep understanding of mobile and web platforms.
- Strong interest in the iGaming industry and sports.
- Professional‑level English.
- Experience with Vibe Coding and affiliate‑marketing acquisition is a plus.
- Experience with SEO and ASO is a big plus.
