You will be responsible to:

- Lead site-specific projects and maintain site automation;
- Prepare detailed execution plans and provide technical oversight during implementation;
- Ensure that project designs align with global standards and guidelines;
- Elaborate functional design specifications, ensuring alignment with global engineering standards and project requirements;
- Contribute to the design review phase of engineering projects to ensure that adequate technical solutions are incorporated;
- Coordinate with the standards team and site support team to streamline implementation;
- Plan in advance to ensure the availability of necessary resources, balancing resources between multiple ongoing projects;
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, HSE, and other regulatory requirements;
- Perform change control assessments and ensure proper authorization for scope changes;
- Issue, approve, and coordinate commissioning and qualification-related documentation;
- Report and escalate any relevant deviations to plans or objectives, managing risk and uncertainty;
- Develop knowledge within the engineering team and play a lead role in defining area processes, procedures, and projects;

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

- University degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or similar scientific field;
- Extensive experience in installation management or equipment qualification, preferably with a focus in chemical plants or Pharmaceutical industry;
- Training and experience of GMP and HSE practices (mandatory);
- Advanced knowledge of equipment (Mechanical, E&I), of Quality, cGxPs, ICH, ISPE and ISO guidelines as well as experience on their application;
- Fluency in written and verbal English;
- Must have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to make quality and timely decisions based on multiple sources of data.
