- Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and C-level executives
- Conduct business process analysis to identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Design solution architectures that align with client business objectives and ROI targets
- Create detailed functional specifications and implementation roadmaps
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, F&O) based on client requirements
- Develop integration strategies connecting D365 with existing enterprise systems
- Lead data migration projects from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 cloud platform
- Deliver user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for client teams Required skills Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, or F&O) 3+ Years Consulting Experience Business Process Analysis Power Platform Integration Nice to have Microsoft MB Certifications Project Management (PMP/Agile) SQL & Data Migration Tools Portuguese Language Industry Expertise (Manufacturing/Retail)
