We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lisbon Portugal As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company including managing schedules organizing documents and coordinating meetings and events The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication and computer skills are also necessary for this role This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month Please note that accommodation is not provided for this position
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives schedules
- Coordinate meetings and events including sending invitations and preparing meeting materials
- Organize and maintain company documents both physically and electronically
- Answer phone calls take messages and redirect calls as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role preferred
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint
- Fluent in English Portuguese language skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills looking for a challenging administrative role in Lisbon
