Tasks Your Impact Own Your Stream: Lead end-to-end ERP projects and independent sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations. Architect the Future: Analyse complex IT architectures and design sleek, automated, and future-proof business processes. Drive Business Value: Deliver feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses that guide development and secure project success. Consult & Advise: Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for C-level decision-makers. Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Expert Leadership: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in a focused field, or scale your impact as a generalist on the management track. Requirements Who You Are The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field. The

Experience:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management. The Mindset: A razor-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
