Job Description
Are you an experienced Apache Kafka DevOps Engineer looking for your next challenge? Join as in Lisbon and contribute to the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of a critical data streaming platform. Your Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and evolve the Apache Kafka platform.
- Work on cluster architecture, including Brokers, KRaft, replication, and min.insync.replicas.
- Configure and manage Kafka Connect and Schema Registry using Avro and JSON.
- Implement and maintain security controls, including mTLS and ACLs.
- Optimize platform performance through JVM tuning, retention settings, and cleanup policies.
- Manage storage solutions and Persistent Volumes.
- Troubleshoot incidents and drive continuous platform improvement. Requirements
- Proven experience in Apache Kafka administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
