- €1,740 gross/month
- Relocation support available
- 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival
- €1,500 gross relocation bonus
- €1,500 gross welcome bonus after meeting the applicable employment milestones Why consider this opportunity? You're not expected to figure out the relocation alone. Support is provided for your initial accommodation and finding longer-term housing, so you can focus on settling into Sofia and starting your new role. You'll also gain international customer support experience while working in a multicultural environment — a strong next step if you want to use your Dutch professionally outside the Netherlands or Belgium.
What You'll Do
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with their questions and requests
- Provide non-technical troubleshooting and practical solutions
- Support customers across different communication channels
- Deliver clear, friendly, and solution-oriented service Requirements
- Fluent/native-level Dutch
- Fluent English
- Customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Comfortable working on-site in Sofia
- Available for rotating shifts between 09:00–22:00, Monday–Sunday
