Role Overview:

We are looking for a Cybersecurity & IT Risk Analyst to integrate our teams in Porto. You will be part of a dynamic and growing cybersecurity team, supporting a major international banking client in strengthening its IT risk management, cybersecurity posture, and operational resilience. You will work closely with the Group SWIFT CISO team, contributing to the protection of critical financial infrastructure.

What you will do:

• Analyse and evaluate cybersecurity risks and propose mitigation measures;

• Manage and maintain a comprehensive Risk Register;

• Review and analyse firewall requests to ensure compliance with security policies;

• Perform cybersecurity controls and assessments;

• Maintain, challenge, and update cybersecurity procedures and documentation;

• Collaborate with international teams to support the implementation of the Group's cybersecurity strategy.

What you are like:

• Proficient in IT risk management and cybersecurity frameworks;

• Experienced with network security, SWIFT infrastructure, and IT architecture;

• Familiar with technologies such as CFT, MQ, and Kafka;

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;

• Detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex issues;

• Excellent team player with a proactive mindset;

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
