ResponsibilitiesDefine target architecture for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementationsLead Fit-to-Standard workshops and SAP Activate methodology executionDrive Clean Core adoption strategies and governance modelsDefine extensibility and integration principles aligned with SAP best practicesDesign side-by-side extension architecture on SAP BTP using released APIs and extension pointsLead business process standardization and transformation initiativesDevelop SAP BTP adoption and innovation roadmapsEstablish governance for upgrades, extensibility, and security complianceCollaborate with enterprise architects, stakeholders, and executive leadership teamsSupport RISE with SAP programs and ensure alignment with SAP’s cloud strategyRequirementsProven experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutionsStrong background in SAP ERP and SAP best practicesExpertise in SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard design workshopsHands-on experience with Clean Core principles, extensibility frameworks, and BTP Integration SuiteFamiliarity with SAP Central Business Configuration and extensibility options (key-user, developer, side-by-side)Strong knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture patterns for cloud ERPUnderstanding of transformation tools like SAP Signavio and LeanIXAbility to design secure, scalable, and upgrade-compliant SAP landscapesNice to haveExperience with SAP BTP services, Joule, and AI FoundationFamiliarity with SAP Build, automation tools, and SAP Cloud ALMParticipation in RISE with SAP and enterprise transformation programsWe offerCompetitive compensation depending on experience and skillsVariety of projects within one companyBeing a part of a project following engineering excellence standardsIndividual career path and professional growth opportunitiesInternal events and communitiesFlexible work hours
