Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist buyers and sellers with navigating the platform, addressing transaction, listing, payment, and delivery issues.
2. Review listings to ensure they comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.
3. Provide multi-channel customer support via email, chat, and phone, delivering tailored solutions.
4. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
5. Stay informed about marketplace updates, features, and policy changes to ensure accurate assistance.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
1. Native in Italian – both written and spoken.
2. Proficient in English (training will be conducted in English).
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or similar roles is a plus.
5. Ability to manage a range of customer requests efficiently and professionally.
6. Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Training:
1. Duration: 10 working days, 8 hours per day.
2. Conducted in English.
3. Training start times will vary between 08:30h and 09:30h, depending on your group.
