About the role
CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a top-tier financial technology platform that provides online payment solutions for individuals and businesses worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to work fully remotely, supporting customers with digital wallet and payment-related inquiries while being part of a fast-growing, international fintech environment.
What you'll do
- Providing customer support via phone, chat, and email in Dutch
- Accurately logging and tracking interactions in the CRM system
- Troubleshooting payment and account issues related to digital wallet products
- Offering clear, timely resolutions with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and service standards What we're looking for
- C2-level fluency in Dutch and strong command of English (B2+)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar environments is preferred
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or internet-based companies is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using PC-based tools, internet systems, and software applications
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment
- Collaborative, resilient attitude and customer-first mindset Salary €1,100 per year × 14 salaries (gross), plus complexity Bonus paid in 11 months 80€/month Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home. Benefits
