Project Manager — Large-Scale Digital Identity Programme

What you'll do
As Project Manager, you'll own the day-to-day delivery of the programme: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, risk management, and successful closure across all workstreams, for the full duration of a multi-year contract. What we're looking for (must-have)
- A degree-level qualification (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Management, ICT, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in ICT or a related area
- A proven track record: you've successfully delivered at least one large project worth more than €2 million, with your role and contribution clearly identifiable
- Fluent English, written and spoken What would make you stand out (nice-to-have)
- A postgraduate qualification (Master's or equivalent)
- More than 8 years of ICT experience
- Experience with EUDI Wallet Large Scale Pilots — APTITUDE, POTENTIAL, EWC, NOBID, WE BUILD
- Availability to travel to Malta during the project
- Maltese language skills Travel Occasional travel to Malta should be expected, particularly for key governance meetings, milestone reviews, and to support crisis resolution when required. Why this role
