For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills

- At least 4 years of professional experience in Linux SysAdmin, using RedHat
- Experience in Level 2 and Level 3 support on Linux infrastructures
- Linux server installations (virtual and physical), provide support, performance analysis, tuning and troubleshooting (RedHat Enterprise Linux 6/7)
- Users and application teams' assistance and support
- Experience with incidents, problems, performance optimizations and applications
- Experience in structural constraints and interventions (business and off-business hours)
- Fluency in English (B2 level)
- Availability to do on-call shifts
- Availability to work in a hybrid regime, in Porto
