Com sede no distrito de Aveiro, pretendemos integrar para desenvolver e implementar estratégias que continuem a impulsionar o reconhecimento dos nossos produtos no mercado um(a) MARKETING MANAGER (m/f) Aveiro.

Este profissional irá fazer a gestão da estratégia de marketing de produto e comunicação da nossa marca, que é uma referência tanto a nível nacional como internacional, assumindo responsabilidades como:

1. Desenvolver e executar estratégias de marketing de produto alinhadas com os objetivos da empresa.
2. Planear e coordenar campanhas de marketing integradas, incluindo publicidade, eventos, marketing digital e relações públicas.
3. Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar tendências, concorrentes e necessidades de mercado.
4. Criar e monitorizar planos de comunicação eficazes para garantir a consistência da marca em todos os canais.
5. Colaborar com as equipas de vendas e de desenvolvimento de produto ou outras áreas para garantir a coerência das iniciativas de marketing.
6. Analisar dados de mercado e de desempenho para medir a eficácia das campanhas e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.

Procuramos pessoas com:

1. Formação superior em Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão ou áreas afins.
2. Experiência comprovada em marketing de produto e comunicação, preferencialmente em empresas de grande dimensão e/ou setores industriais.
3. Capacidade de desenvolver e implementar estratégias de marketing inovadoras.
4. Capacidade de liderança de equipa de trabalho.
5. Domínio de inglês.
6. Conhecimento de ferramentas de marketing digital e de análise de dados.
7. Utilizador independente Microsoft Office, nomeadamente em Excel.
