We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
- 3-6 years of experience in Mainframe operations and Level 2 application support in Z/OS environments, including batch scheduling, supervision, incident handling, and production monitoring;
- Strong knowledge of Z/OS and Mainframe technologies, including batch execution, file systems, and resource management;
- Experience with job scheduling and workload automation tools such as TWS and Control-M, including planning, monitoring, and manual intervention;
- Experience with middleware, databases, and data access, including CICS, DB2 (basic SQL), IMS, VSAM, and file transfer tools such as CFT / Connect;
- Proficiency in scripting and job control, including JCL, Shell, XML, and script generation from functional specifications;
- Experience in writing and maintaining operational procedures, reports, and technical documentation;
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including command line usage, file system navigation, and permissions management;
- Experience with ITSM, monitoring, and observability tools such as ServiceNow and Dynatrace;
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes and Agile methodologies;
- English level B1 (minimum) and French level B1/B2;
- Residency in Portugal (candidates based outside Portugal won’t be considered).
