Responsabilidades
1. Support the CCO in developing the sales strategy and identifying new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns;
2. Prospect potential new clients and turn these into new business;
3. Make calls to arrange meetings at customer premises;
4. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts;
5. Continuously seeking new business opportunities and finding creative ways to attract and close business;
6. Contribute to the development of new services, products, and distribution channels;
7. Participate in international meetings, negotiating company products and services while projecting company values;
8. Attend conferences and trade shows to generate new leads;
9. Write reports and make presentations to customers with high diligence.
Requisitos
1. Degree or Master's Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or further business qualification;
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the textile, footwear, or uniform industry;
3. Demonstrate excellence in sales with outstanding skills in prospecting and negotiation, with proven track records of exceeding sales targets;
4. Have excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1);
5. Be organized, results-focused, and able to establish and accomplish goals with limited direct supervision;
6. Be proactive, able to think outside the box, self-driven, and ambitious;
7. Be an excellent team player with a collaborative work style, committed to achieving goals and delivering results;
8. Be committed to the company's vision, mission, guiding principles, and core values.
