We’re looking for a Delivery Lead who enjoys making complex delivery systems simpler, clearer and more predictable in Financial sector. In this role, you won’t just track progress or run ceremonies. You’ll help teams see the full picture: capacity, flow, dependencies, risks and delivery confidence. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, QA, UX and business stakeholders to make sure delivery stays healthy and aligned with what matters. You’ll be the person who spots the risk before it becomes a problem, makes trade-offs visible, and helps the team focus on what really moves the needle. What you’ll actually do
- Keep a live view of capacity, flow, dependencies and delivery confidence.
- Spot risks early and make sure they have owners and follow-through.
- Connect product intent with delivery reality.
- Help teams understand what’s feasible, what it costs, and what needs to change.
- Make decisions, assumptions and trade-offs visible.
- Improve ways of working using Agile, Kanban, XP or a blend that fits the context.
- Use delivery metrics like flow, WIP and aging work to support better decisions.
- Use data, automation and AI pragmatically to improve delivery insight. What we’re looking for
- Experience owning delivery effectiveness in a software product team.
- Strong Agile and flow methods background.
- Ability to influence Product, Tech and stakeholders without formal authority.
- Experience coaching teams and improving ways of working.
- Comfort using delivery metrics to make risks visible. Nice to have
- Experience driving change at team and organisational level.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Multi-squad or multi-platform coordination.
- Financial services or regulated environment.
