ResponsibilitiesOwn the AWS AgentCore Gateway architecture, focusing on A2A protocol routing and enforcementDesign deployment topologies for multi-tenant and single-tenant AgentCore Gateway modelsImplement routing mechanisms and trust models for agent discovery and invocation lifecycleIntegrate and enforce OAuth 2.0 and SigV4 authentication for A2A communication channelsDevelop backend features in Python leveraging the AgentCore SDK for gateway interactionPerform performance benchmarking and security hardening for critical gateway workloadsCollaborate with platform, security, and orchestration teams on governance models for multi-agent environmentsSupport enterprise-scale deployment, monitoring, and resilience of A2A traffic flowsRequirements5+ years of experience in platform or backend engineering rolesHands-on production experience with agent-to-agent (A2A) or agent-to-tool gateway platformsStrong knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication and identity-driven routing modelsProven experience implementing machine-to-machine trust models in production systemsPractical understanding of multi-agent system architectures and invocation lifecycleProficiency in Python backend development for platform-level servicesFamiliarity with AWS-native architectures and deployment strategies for cloud-native systemsNice to haveDirect experience with AWS AgentCore Gateway and its A2A enforcement modelFamiliarity with AWS AgentCore Runtime multi-agent invocation patternsBackground in authoring enterprise A2A governance standards and best practicesHands-on experience with LangGraph or CrewAI for multi-agent orchestration at scaleWe offerCompetitive compensation depending on experience and skillsVariety of projects within one companyBeing a part of a project following engineering excellence standardsIndividual career path and professional growth opportunitiesInternal events and communitiesFlexible work hours
