Backed by dentsu's legacy of innovation and creativity originating in Japan, we’ve spent over 35 years helping brands build loyalty, drive growth, and connect meaningfully with their audiences.We’ve been named a global “Leader” by top industry analyst firms in categories as wide-ranging as digital transformation and commerce, experience design, engineering and technology integration, digital marketing, data science, CRM and loyalty, and customer data management.**Ma****in responsibilities:*** Participate in communications with partners and clients, when needed* Understand the release processes in the company* Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation* Write quality code to fit customer needs and configurations* Troubleshoot and debugs (with some guidance from senior team members)* Provide mentoring to junior Software Engineers* Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing* Achieve a better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvementsAs a team member of this fantastic team, you will be reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Director. **Qualifications** **Required Experience*** 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development (Microsoft Dynamics / PowerApps), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role;* Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (formerly Dynamics CRM) is required, and it is a plus but not mandatory;* Proven experience in solution architecture and project leadership is a plus, but not mandatory;* Background in the Backend with SSIS and C#;* Frontend knowledge, as ASP.NET and JavaScript;* Top-notch programming skills, ability to produce quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable and secure;* Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies and XRM;* English is mandatory (From B2 level).**Innovation at Our Core:** As part of dentsu’s global network, Merkle pushes the boundaries of customer experience, integrating creativity, technology, and data to drive real-world impact.
