Position: Data Analyst Department: IT | Finance Location: Porto (Hybrid, 2x)
About the Team: The IT KYC Team is responsible for support/maintain tool of the team KYC Know Your Customer regulations. We are currently establishing a dedicated team to leverage low-code/no-code technologies for enhanced automation and efficiency within our KYC processes.
Job Summary: The Data Analyst will be responsible for the development and implementation of automated KYC solutions utilizing low-code/no-code platforms. The role involves close collaboration with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions that optimize KYC processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy automated KYC workflows and applications using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Power Apps, Data IKU, Power BI);
Collaborate with Business Analysts to elicit and document business requirements for KYC process automation;
Design, develop, test, and implement end-to-end solutions aligned with established business needs and regulatory requirements;
Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of developed solutions, adhering to established IT standards;
Maintain comprehensive documentation of developed solutions and associated processes.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Power Apps, Data IKU, Power BI);
Solid understanding of data analysis principles and techniques, including data modeling, manipulation, and visualization;
Familiarity with database concepts and SQL;
Fluency in English.
