Location:
Remote from Continental Portugal Contract: Full-time, 12-month renewable Start dates: several dates available through June and July Role Overview As a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you'll assist customers throughout their online shopping journey solving problems, answering questions, and making their experience smooth and satisfying. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.
- Securely handle sensitive data and follow internal escalation procedures.
- Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat.
- Collaborate with carriers and internal departments. Requirements
- C2-level Danish and fluent English (C1)
- written and spoken
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
- Already in Portugal or open to relocating from this role
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal Offer Relocation and housing support for international candidates, as well as assistance with obtaining necessary documentation (taxpayer's number and social security number for Portugal) Competitive monthly salary Paid holiday and Christmas bonuses.
