Havenstone Capital is an Investment advisor with a pan-European focus. Leveraging on the team's extensive experience on both the Equity and Debt markets, the firm is dedicated to funding real estate projects in various asset classes, mostly through senior loans, whole loans, mezz facilities and preferred equity structures, providing liquidity to Real Estate projects across Europe headed by best-in class operating partners.

We work closely with institutional sponsors and alternative lenders to originate, underwrite, and execute complex real-estate financings across multiple asset classes including hospitality, logistics, living, retail, and mixed-use developments.

Our team combines deep transactional experience with an entrepreneurial mindset, operating in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment.

The Role

We are looking to hire an Investment Analyst to support our Debt Capital Markets activities across Europe.

This is a hands-on role offering full exposure to live transactions from origination through closing. You will work directly with senior team members on underwriting, financial modelling, investor materials, and lender engagement.

The role is ideal for someone highly driven, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in real estate private credit.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain detailed financial models (development, stabilised and transitional assets)
- Support underwriting of new opportunities, including cash-flow analysis, sensitivities and downside cases
- Prepare investment memoranda, lender presentations and data rooms
- Assist in coordinating due diligence with sponsors, lenders and third-party advisors
- Participate in lender outreach and support execution of debt mandates
- Track market terms, pricing and comparable transactions across Europe
- Support internal pipeline management and CRM processes

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, private credit, or consulting
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals (LTV/LTC, IRR, DSCR, cash-flow waterfalls, etc.)
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a lean, high-performance team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German or Polish a plus)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
