Technical Lead

- Lead the technical development of applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Guide and support the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
- Contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular.
- Ensure the performance, scalability and maintainability of applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with international teams in French. What are we looking for?
- More than 6 years of professional experience in software development.
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead.
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Angular.
- Fluent French, with at least a B2 level.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to guide a team and make sound technical decisions.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Candidates currently based in Tunisia who are interested in relocating to Portugal. What can
