IT Project Manager – Border Innovation

Border Innovation creates solutions that help people and businesses stay connected. We develop innovative digital products and provide expert consulting services to prestigious clients. Responsibilities

- Managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of project phases

- Coordinating frontend and backend development teams

- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and technical requirements

- Facilitating communication between technical teams, management, and stakeholders

- Supporting the implementation of automated testing and technical documentation

- Promoting agile methodologies and continuous improvement across projects

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)

- 3+ years of experience in IT project management

- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams

- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub

- Experience managing integration projects is a strong plus

- Background in the Telecommunications industry is highly valued

- Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment

- A proactive, collaborative, and problem‑solving mindset
