DesignRush is a leading B2B marketplace connecting businesses with agencies. We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of proven experience in SEO.

Our platform offers four key values to users:

- Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.
- Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards.
- Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.
- Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager with strong project management skills to lead the growth and optimization of our SEO initiatives, coordinating with the team to drive revenue, engagement, and brand awareness.

Goals:

- Achieve best-in-class website optimization to maximize visibility and search engine rankings
- Continuously improving SEO-related processes for greater efficiency and scalability
- Establish the company as a category leader in terms of organic traffic and SEO-driven value
- Develop and execute a best-in-class content strategy that drives sustainable growth and authority.

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.

Responsibilities:

- Create and execute effective, professional-looking SEO strategies
- Document and enforce best practices, processes, and checklists
- Create, set up, track, and optimize SEO campaigns
- Translate SEO requirements into clear briefs for the content team and the development team
- Oversee execution of link, content, and technical strategy

Requirements:

- Over 7 years of SEO experience
- Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Excellent English communication skills
- Driven to get results and grow with the team
- Able to work between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and workflows
