In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing and implementing integrations between HR and other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flows, system interoperability, and a robust interface landscape.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

- Design, develop or optimize HR interface landscapes and integration scenarios leveraging SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh)

- Create comprehensive technical concepts and design documentation

- Participate in global HR projects to realize complex SAP and non‑SAP integration scenarios and interface landscapes

- Ensure quality and security assurance through an effective test management

- Collaborate closely and exchange technical expertise with global HR business stakeholders and IT experts

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field with equivalent work experience may be considered

- Experience in system integration, interface development, and data management

- Proven expert in SAP BPT with focus on Integration Suite

- Solid technical knowledge in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript

- Knowledge with HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday) and related processes would be a plus

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

- Work in a results‑oriented manner and strong communicator, both within the team and across the organization

- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
