Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and customize solutions within Dynamics 365 BC platform;
- Implement business requirements using plugins, workflows, and custom components;
- Configure and extend standard Dynamics 365 BC modules (Financial Management, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain Management);
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and Azure services;
- Ensure best practices in development, performance optimization and code quality;
- Support data modeling and management within Dataverse;
- Participate in solution design and technical decision-making;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions;
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes;
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC;
- Strong experience in customization, configuration and development within D365 BC;
- Hands-on experience developing plugins, workflows and custom business logic;
- Strong understanding of Dataverse (entities, relationships, data modeling);
- Experience with integrations (REST APIs, Azure services, Service Bus is a plus);
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
- Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy;
- Good communication skills and stakeholder interaction;
- Good level of English;
- Availability for a full remote model.
