- Support and develop the Digital Workplace product portfolio, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio;
-
- Design, implement, operate and drive the technical evolution of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions;

- Develop, implement and operate the Microsoft Power Platform environment;
-
- Provide second-level support for M365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- Create technical concepts, architectures and roadmaps for Digital Workplace services and technologies;

- Own and manage the lifecycle of Digital Workplace products and services. Requirements

- Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent vocational training combined with several years of relevant professional IT experience;

- Proven ability to advise on and explain technical solutions, with strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;

- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse);

- Good market overview and ability to evaluate products from a technical perspective;

- Fluent in spoken and written English. Benefits
