We are looking for a Scrum Master for a hybrid project based in Porto or Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
- Coach and support teams in Agile/Scrum best practices
- Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions
- Promote self-organization and cross-functional collaboration
- Work with Product Owners to ensure a well-maintained and prioritized backlog
- Track and communicate team progress and performance metrics

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Ability to coach teams and manage stakeholders effectively
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus
