IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) Developer

What You'll Do:

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient solutions within the IBM BAW platform.
2. Design, develop, and implement workflows and business process automation applications.
3. Configure and optimize IBM BAW components to ensure performance and scalability.
4. Integrate IBM BAW solutions with other enterprise applications and legacy systems.
5. Conduct functional and performance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
6. Provide technical support and training to users and internal teams.
7. Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for developed solutions.
8. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance business processes through automation.
9. Hybrid model (Lisbon or Porto).

What You Are:

1. Experienced IBM BAW Consultant with at least 5 years in business process automation projects.
2. Certified in IBM Business Automation Workflow.
3. Proficient in BPMN modeling and workflow solution development.
4. Skilled in integrating systems via APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
5. Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
6. Plus: Experience with other IBM Automation tools (ODM, RPA, FileNet, etc.).
7. Plus: Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.
8. Plus: Experience in cloud environments (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure).
