Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

- Lead the evolution of a global AI‑powered chatbot for technical information (engineering)

- Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams, managing stakeholders worldwide who don’t speak the technical language

- Ensure roadmap definition, prioritization and delivery, maintaining a clear focus on feature benefits and business impact

- Drive the scalability and centralization of the product

- Assume full ownership of the product lifecycle — from concept to delivery

- Coordinate a technical team, promoting collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related area

- Proven experience as Product Owner, Technical Lead, or AI Project Manager

- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Agentic AI concepts and their application to enterprise solutions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strategic and proactive mindset, able to adjust direction quickly and ensure roadmap execution

- Experience leading or coordinating technical teams

- Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

- Background in engineering or technical chatbot solutions

- Experience with AI‑driven platforms
