Immediate Opportunity – Tool Use Sprint Starting This Week
We’re launching a major project THIS WEEK with opportunities for 1000+ developers. The initial Tool Use sprint runs for 10 days, focusing on training AI models to use tools and APIs effectively. Success will open doors to additional tool‑use projects in our pipeline. We need to onboard as many developers as possible in the next 7‑10 days

We accept applicants from multiple countries worldwide. This work is 100% remote; no new location restrictions apply.
Overview
Join an expert annotation team to create training data for the world's most advanced AI models. No previous AI experience is required. You’ll help large AI language models write better code and use tools effectively, tackling highly variable problems that involve engaging with these models as they learn. Current projects have 1000+ roles open for an immediate start.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Audit AI model’s tool usage and API interactions
- Read, write, and edit JSON files
- Build, use, and integrate APIs
- Solve coding problems in your preferred programming language
- Write test cases to confirm code works efficiently
- Create instructions to help train AI models
- Review and improve technical outputs Expectations are 15+ hours per week; developers often work 20‑40+ hours. You can work as much as you wish. Payment is weekly per hour of work completed on the platform. Long‑term availability is expected for up to 2 years, but the contract can be ended at any time. We encourage a 12‑month commitment if you find a good fit. Flexible Schedules Developers set their own hours—ideal for those who can commit ~40 hours per week. Working teams require adaptability to project urgency while maintaining flexibility. Interview Process

- Resume screening to assess coding ability
- Async code review (35 min, must be finished within 72 hrs)
- Complete programming assessments in your strongest languages
- Simulated production‑level task on the platform Required Qualifications
- Professional coding experience (work, projects, or education)
- Complete fluency in English
- Strong attention to detail and instruction‑following ability
- Experience with APIs – building, using, or integrating
- Ability to read, write, and edit JSON files
- STEM background with solid coding experience
- Problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills
- Pass fraud and background validation Nice To Haves
- Professional coding experience in software development/programming role
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or other STEM field
- Experience with multiple programming languages
- Familiarity with building and using APIs
- Technical writing or documentation experience
- Proven track record of working independently
- Contributions to coding communities or open‑source projects
