Location:
Remote from Portugal Your Mission:
- Design, configure, and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Review code, ensure best practices, and guarantee high-quality deliveries.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, continuous integration, and deployment processes.
- Support functional analysis and propose technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts on application design.
- Provide technical estimations and validate the quality of deliverables. What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (customization, configuration, development).
- Previous experience in international projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Solid analytical skills to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Strong communication in English (professional level). Ideal Profile:
- Autonomous, proactive, and results‑driven professional.
- Strong collaborator, able to work with functional and technical teams.
- Hands‑on experience in multinational and multicultural environments.
