We are looking for an RPA Support Responsabilities: - Monitor RPA processes execution and performance. - Monitor and optimize process scheduling. - Perform RPA Level 1 support for issues and requests raised by Process Owners. - Develop relationships with clients and RPA implementation team based on effective. communication and promotion of established support procedures. Requirements: - Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus). - Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus. - Client focus. - High level of organization, analysis and problem-solving capability. - Ability to clear communicate and report status to the management. - Pro-active behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills. - Accomplished team player. - Good work ethic and high levels of motivation. - Production support experience (3+ years). - Good level of English.
